aRose: the new album by Random Rab: a limited release: Feb 14th 2009
If you could have seen all of the love and smiles on stage and in the room at Studio on 4th when Random Rab came to reno, (first time ever!) you would understand why all of us are so excited about his latest album release! aRose: which came out Feb 14th 2009!
It’s been 5 years since “Elucidation of Sorrow” came out! Which by the way has given me plenty of time to tell just about everybody I know about Random Rab! Of course now, I will continue to make sure that everybody in the universe knows about him. If you would like to follow more intimately the adventures of rab, I recommend adding his blog to your google reader.
“The Riddle” first grabbed my attention on a playlist that shone had created many years ago! So of course, Shone really needs to take the credit for sharing Rab with me! Our “family” member Krish told him about Rab. It’s amazing how much power that word of mouth really has! It carries for a lifetime!

Shone and I had the pleasure of meeting Rab here in Reno. I have to admit, he was the first person in my life, that I got so giddy and nervous around! Shone literally had to drag me over to where he was standing! I know!!! crazy right!!! I just did not know how to approach him without blurting out garbly words and silliness instantly! ha ha!!! But still, I garbled :). This girl just can’t help herself.

Shone and I (and a few others) personally have been waiting patiently for this latest album! I visit his myspace page often! I have known his myspace url for years now! I am so delighted that he is now on Twitter! Every time I get a reply or a direct message from him, my heart literally skips a beat!

We are looking forward to seeing Rab and most likely all of the artists listed here in collaborations with Rab next at Lightning in a bottle. An enchanted musical festival!! Hope to see some of you there! This musical festival is a time for us to play, soak up amazing music, and spend quality time with our friends! We highly recommend this festival!!!
