I have learned, there are those foods that we like, and there are those foods and lifestyles that just don’t interest us. I think it’s best in life to enjoy what we like, share what we love, and live the journey. Sometimes we need to alter our diets to accomodate the the kind of life we wish to live. Simple as that. With that being said, I love many meals that could be categorized as: Raw food, Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescetarian, Carnivore. I have over time started to realize that awareness of when and how much is key to my vitality. It’s really brought about an inner peace and new zest for food! I’m trying new recipes, and the house is loving it! I’m one super happy boho!
Tonight I made Turkey Taco Cups! I experimented with sizes of “cups” and have discovered that this can be created as a meal and as an appetizer. Enjoy. Find the recipe here.
