Tonight Zaq gave us his bohocrush photo shoot virginity!! We met him at a fantastic house in Tahoe (there was a giant pine tree and a hot tub in the living room), so with his roommates gone we took over the house and Zaq took off all of his clothes for us.
We love this boho boy so much! If you haven’t met him, Zaq frequents the boho bar on Friday nights and is moving to reno so i’m sure we will be seeing more of him and i will gladly introduce you to this yummy man if you so desire.

Not only is Zaq a sexy dream boat, he is also a chef. I look forward to visiting him at Sezmu for dinner. nom nom nom i already know what i’m going to eat.. i hear there is a stellar gnocchi dish there. 
I’m sure he could win the love and affection of any person with his smile, big blue eyes, and a warm heart. Zaq is such a lover of life and it shines through beautifully!
Of course there was a fire going when we arrived. I was in charge of blowing on the wood and keeping the fire going during the shoot.. a man must warm hands between set changes.. and we needed the fire for when Zaq got naked and layed in front of it

from what we understand, we all need to eat, drink, rest, have blissful sexual explorations, and eliminate.
* we all are living life in a world full of obstacles and challenges.
* we all have goals and dreams
* we all seek listeners, and at times will overstep understanding and yell so loud because we want others too listen so badly.
* we have all felt wronged by other people, regardless if this is the case or not, it’s easy to attach a personal emotion and pain
* we are all humans (well most of us, but that is another post)
so where am I going with this. we’ve been discussing a lot about community and what it means to us. and I think sometimes this can be too general of a term. sometimes as the path shares more and more understanding, there comes a time to share thoughts and expressions. and by all means, sharing is only represented by those who have something to say, and by those who are interested in listening. timing in our lives always determines the case of our listeners. it’s nothing personal, it’s just life.
when it comes down to venting, releasing built up emotion, frustration, and thought, there comes a point where we just have to blow our lids. we cannot deny the path of energy, it is never lost, it is only transferred, because of this, it’s important to address this feeling when it arrises. otherwise it lives and dwells in the mind body and soul, until something really non related blows it out of proportion. we try so hard not to bombard others, and if we really truly care about this, then that leaves no opportunity to blow a lid regardless of the energy propulsion.
when dealing with these types of energies this is what we have experienced, and this is how we approach and navigate. one way is not always the way for others, but it is what works magically for us. so I feel compelled to share, in the interest that it may help others find more peace and harmony within.
there is always a time for explosion of energy, choose your outlets wisely
1. Acknowledge the source:
when the energy is in our face, when the irritation is building and or rising, shone and myself will ask each other if we are in a place for one of us to talk out our “confusions” so that we can find a clearer path. at times it is not the right time, and we understand this, at times we may have other pressing priorities in the moment. we simply acknowledge that throughout the next couple of days we will come back to a place where we can discuss it further. we don’t take it personal, because we know that these emotions don’t go away, we are not worried about losing our train of thought, if anything, we have a little more time to think about what words we can say so that we understand ourselves and can further our communication with each other.
2. Acknowledge an appropriate setting and time:
when the time is appropriate: meaning shone is not in a creative place working on this week’s photoshoot, ( I learned the hard way, that when you interrupt somebody in their creative time, you are never going to get the time and awareness that you need, and you are doing an injustice (in my case) to the forward creation of work and progress for your company. (it sure does keep us in perspective, business partners, lovers, best friends) or involved with other things such as helping our roommate get food and nourishment for her long night of work……there is always something that needs to get done. (know the priority, and refrain from blurting)
so when the time is available, and trust me it always is, sometimes what you think might take hours takes a few alert minutes, especially when both parties are present, listening, and interacting, then that is the time to proceed. we have learned to approach it with an even mellow mind (as much as possible), because regardless of the outcome, if we raise our emotion and intensity, it’s a natural evolution to bringing it out in the other, and then it leads to a discussion that is furthest from the point at which brought the conversation together in the first place.
keep in mind if you are unsure as to what you are venting about, then maybe you need not to express it, reflect, think and try to understand the source, otherwise your bitch session has been completely pointless and precious time has been eaten up. precious time= time for creation, musical eargasms, mind blowing orgasms and sexual activities. think about it. if you don’t feel like you have enough time for these luxurious, take a deeper look at where you spend your time. It hit me like a hurricane when it hit me!
regardless of the energy shared, there needs to be an understanding from the source, at least a step so that the first question or response can be delivered to create an understanding listener.
3. Understand what is to be discussed, and not open a flood gate for all things in your life that need addressed
rambling on and taking more of anothers person time when they have gifted you enough shows a lack of compassion. it’s like the little boy who cried wolf, make your time count, otherwise nobody will be available.
4. Know what results you are after:
-are you looking for a solution
- are you just in need to have somebody listen
- are you just talking because you don’t know what else to do
know that when you are requesting another persons time, respect in return and take the time to listen and hear what you have compelled them to share or speak. relax your brain, quit thinking of what you want to say, honor the time the other has given you, and return. keep it all balanced, or you again will wipe out your sources.
running around venting to anybody and everybody who you think is listening to you leads to dissatisfaction in results. interact with purpose always. or become a leaky faucet that everybody runs away from.
life is magical with community
as a community in this boho world we all stand together, we all have many things in common that has crossed our paths. we are each at different levels of awareness, bliss, and self explorations. let us all be kind and compassionate to each others time and efforts. this in itself will bring our community closer and closer, and will truly help create our 24/7 connection to inspiration love and bliss.

what a time we have been having around these parts! moving in @nopantsdance, and building our very own new dedicated server! exciting things are happening! The spring and summer are filling us with energy and love, and we are ready to rock it out all summer long!
got so excited that I almost forgot to blog about the goddess chestley!!! we miss her so much, if you see her, tell her that her boho family misses her, and would love to see her sometime in the near future. we know she is off with her new man, creating love and happiness everywhere she goes! but we sure do look forward to seeing her.

Look at @nopantsdance go! Her second shoot and she was on fire! We have really enjoyed watching her journey! Kendra is such a magical goddess full of love and soul. She gives so much love and support to her boho family. We are truly grateful.
Her passion for hair and makeup is unmatched! I’ve never quite seen somebody put so much love into every single second of creation and follow through. She always sends her love, and always gives her best! A quality that means so much to us! We would not be creating the photoshoots that we do without her mad love and passion!
She has been accomplishing so much lately. We love watching her develop her tumblrs, and her new No Pants Dance Wordpress! We geeked out on saturday and although there is still more to add, we are so happy for her! She loves the internet just as much as we do!
Did you hear the latest? She is moving in to the boho compound at the end of the month! We are so excited to share space with this creature! We are converting our dining room into her bedroom! It’s all about community living in this household, and she will make number 5. Still more to come! We will all accomplish so much together! Besides photoshoots, and blogging, tumbling, and twittering, we will share love and support with our raw food lifestyle and healthy journey! As a group we all encourage each other to be healthy and reach as much health and energy as possible. So that we have more love and energy to give to our passion, each other, and to this world! Ahhhhhhhhhhh, all I have to say is that we are really looking forward to some easy going for the next couple of months. We are going to enjoy the summer, and spend a lot of time in the basement and the nude beach! The next major event you will see us at is The Big Bounce. Until then we are going to be creating away. of course if you know our local hang out on tues and wed nights, you can always come down and meet the family!

It gives us great pleasure to share with you our first featured photographer: Scott Lomill.
We were overjoyed with warm and fuzzies when Scott sent us his first shoot! We have been wanting to feature a photographer for so long! Today it happened! Woot Woot!
As you may or may not know Scott and Marla are in New Zealand right now. Marla is studying abroad, and Scott is blossoming into a man who is now living in this world full time as a photographer. A passion of his for 12 years and now it is the passion that is giving him wings to fly on!
Over the last couple of days we have been receiving short videos of his adventures in New Zealand. Before they departed, Shone gave Scott some tasks to complete. Scott you are rocking it babe! We can’t wait to share the love that we have. The videos and recent pictures they uploaded on planet boho have given us some reprieve since their departure. It is so great to see the love and care in the videos he has sent. Ahhhhhh warm and fuzzies warm and fuzzies!

sitting here breathing, sending out thanks to all of the magical earthlings surrounding us! wow! we are so grateful and appreciative! we love you all so much!
I remember when we shot this photoshoot! It was Cold! and I don’t mean just a little cold! The girls were rockstars! I am so amazed at their ability to mind over matter the chilly atmosphere! It was an amazing place to shoot, we sure all wanted it!
The warehouse for the Studio on 4th is filled with a magical land. All kinds of props, sceneries, from years and years of productions! I had to walk around a few different times just to take it all in.
Got to Meet Jim Zlokovkh one of the artists behind the Studio on 4th. A very passionate and amazing artist. It was so nice to spend some time in his domain.
And of course, spending time with two amazing goddesses who have such a genuine and magical relationship is something that everybody should get to experience. The next time you are hanging out with your girlfriend, or guy friend, or whatever, ask yourself, am I fully being myself and really sharing the friendship with my friends that I have always wanted to share and receive. If you are not, then ask yourself what you need to do to make those connections. Your world will be filled with light! Don’t be shye, give it a try. The friends you lose or gain will be the ones that were not meant to be there and those that will last a lifetime. Make your connections count!

currently I have written posts about photoshoots that we have released, events we have attended, behind the scenes, pictures of the day, or various random things we are interested in and manifesting etc. I have been wanting to and learning how to be a writer, and I am really enjoying the time with our blog. I get to practice, and when the inspiration comes up, get to share.
but what about you? what inspires you, what are some things that you like to do? what kind of music do you like? what are some of your favorite websites? what is your favorite food? etc. We are really curious about getting to know you. We have a lifetime of magical adventures to share with you! we are not going anywhere! so let’s start getting more acquainted with each other eh?

burning man 2006 was a magical year for us! it set a lot of the groundwork for our future, and foreshadowing of what was to come.
1. things will always be challenging, without the challenges, the rewards are not nearly as meaningful.
2. there is beauty in every aspect of life, regardless of the time of day, feel and glow of the light, all it takes is to be in the moment, and have the willingness to go with what is on your path, and make the best of it!
3. we love to create art, and we can create art anywhere we go
4. we love our community, and we are so happy to have the abilities to share with them!
5. this adventure is so much greater and bigger than the two of us!
6. stand confident and be proud in the shoes we walk in, we r bohemian!
7. love makes it all possible
I’ll never forget the amount of energy, and pure will it took us to accomplish our first year of photo shoots on the playa. We lost all our power, our water pump, were jumping RV’s to download our pictures, and learned first hand that without community we will cease to exist!
Looking back, I sit here with big smiles, from all of the memories we hold in our hearts. We got so many photo shoots with me and the playa that year. It will always be my most special year out there!
Yet none of it will be unlike anything so far. This year is going to be a magical time for us on the playa! We are so excited to take the playa this year. We bring our art, our friends, our community, and with them we celebrate, we take pictures, and we create memories that will last a lifetime!
You all might recognize that beautiful mosaic vase in the background. Perhaps. And if you all recall, that artist is having his fundraiser this saturday in SF to create another art project. We unfortunately can’t get over the hill, but we are putting all of our efforts out to get as many people there! Check out the flyer on the scrolling view on the home page under blog.
The magic of the playa is not something to keep all to oneself. It is a gift to share with any and all who cross your path! We love sharing our playa love, our playa art with our community, and we hope you enjoy, and will continue to share yours as well!
This photo shoot is one of my favorite ones from the playa! It was on saturday before the burn! And there was just a feeling inside of me that kept me floating in the clouds! 2006 will last a lifetime, and it makes it so much more exciting to look forward to 2008!
2008 is going to be a fun time. Hope to see you out there!

beautiful girl, we have been shooting and working together for some time now, and let me just say, wow! watching you grow into yourself, blossoming, and frolicking, has been a beautiful adventure to watch and share.
you always know you will have fun when lana is around. she’ll always have you laughing in hysterics! she is loud, and full of energy, and loves it just like that. which is why we love her.
we are so excited to release her first full nude shoot! and man did she rock our world! next time we shoot we are taking her into the great outdoors!

I really enjoy the touch that shone put on these pictures. I love sitting here while he is putting his photo shoot together, exploring his whimsical mind, studying, and then finally going in for the product. Each photo shoot takes about 24 hours to complete. Shone puts so much love into his work. I love watching his talent grow and develop. He cracks me up when he will just say, “I’m still learning”, and I understand what he is saying, nevertheless, he is still past a higher point that most of the photos that I enjoy. And yes he’s my baby love, and yes he is my favorite , and I am boho’d by him!
