One of the best things about having our own online and international community is that we get to share adventures in so many different kinds of places. Bohos are popping up everywhere! We want to continue to hear where the bohos are at, and what events you are all attending too! Let’s stay connected.
Many of you may have heard us talk about Lightning in a bottle. We’ve attended 2 years now, and are so looking forward to our 3rd. The first year shone and I went on a magical adventure all on our own. The next year we returned with 22 campmates from Reno/SF/andLA. Such a magical adventure. The Do Lab is the bomb! They put in epic efforts and create epic events. We so love and appreciate everything they do! It’s all in the doing lovelies. No event at this scale could ever be this incredible without all of the love and effort they share. The intimacy, the atmosphere, the quality of entertainment, the quality of of LOVE, truly it is all spectacular!

♥ if you can imagine these lineups, then for sure you can imagine what is to come! They have not posted the lineup yet……we know you are just as excited as we are!
We’ve had the greatest times ever at Lightning in a bottle! We’ve met many amazing people, discovered incredible artists, and have met our online friendships in the real world there. We are truly grateful and so ecstatic to return! There are many new friends to connect and reconnect with this year! I get all silly and giddy just thinking about it as I am typing away!
We welcome you to join us on a road trip to Oak Canyon Ranch, in Irvine California. We LOVE road trips! If you would like to join us, let us know, we have a special place where we are coordinating this adventure. We drive at our pace, we take our time, we stop to smell the flowers along the way. Our goal is to be there when it opens, so that we can find enough camping space for our group. This festival fills up fast lovelies, so be prepared. Not all of you might be able to get their in the beginning, NO WORRIES, as long as you communicate with us in our special group where we all gather, we’ll be able to share information, and know how many spots we need to save. We love looking out for our bohos! Just ask anybody who attended our 2008 burning man Camp Bohemian Lounge. We Love to share our love, and we love to put the effort in to make sure it is a fantastic time for all who join us!

no pants? what do you mean?

over the last year I have had so many questions and comments about my “other” name (nopantsdance), and as the first bohocrush No Pants party is coming up on March 19th, i’ve decided to use this as an opportunity to explain what it meas to wear “no pants”.
I know there is a little seed of fear and shyness that grows among many. i manage my own fears and insecurities daily, but to wear no pants is to leave your fears an inhibitions at the top of a far off mountain if only for the night and enjoy yourself without hiding behind your pants. Now, “no pants” is the short way of saying “no pants, skirts, shorts, kilts, or other garments that are not considered pants, but still considered garments that one would wear regularly”
fear not.. you can get creative with this. Here are a few simple examples, but feel free to let your mind flow with you own no pants ideas:
♥ how about wearing your “work” attire or business wear up top, and underwear below. you can include your fancy dress socks and shoes and even go old school and wear little garters with your socks.
♥ you could wear a silly costume on top: clown nose, suspenders, giant tie, and funny polka-dot boxers on bottom
♥ or you can dress in sexy lingerie and swoon all the guys and gals with your silk and lace.

I do understand that all this booty may result in.. well.. a tent being pitched, but have no fear, i’ve got some tips for you:
♥ you can layer tighty whities under your boxers to keep things snug as a bug in a rug.. because lets face it.. boners happen.
♥ i also suggest that, if you are wearing just boxers, to sew up the slit in the front or add a button, because an uninvited and unintentional cock flash can be avoided.

“Have you ever wondered about how the universe works? How we fit in? Have you experienced the micro-macro dynamics of existence, or sensed it? Do you feel, or instinctually know that everything truly is “all one”? Or felt that science has been looking in the wrong direction? When I first saw scientist Nassim Haramein speak I was totally blown away. He actually was able to tie together everything into one cohesive unification theory. I mean EVERYTHING – from cosmology to quantum mechanics, sacred geometry, ancient cultures, religious texts, Einstein’s relativistic theories (with an added spin component) and even the nature of consciousness….
I am one of only a few “emissaries” that went to Hawaii in January 2008 where Nassim himself taught us to give his presentation on his life’s work – a grand unification theory.
Come learn about Nassim Haramein’s lifelong journey into the geometry of spacetime, which has lead to a coherent understanding of the fundamental structure of the universe and our existence in it. a major focus on our plate right now, aside from building this upcoming online playground, is where and what do we do next. we have discussed for some time now that we need to make a move. it is becoming more and more necessary for us to immerse ourselves into some rocking nourishing and magically healing vibes. we wish to be bathed by fresh and optimal water, clean and life giving air, and magical visuals. it is essential to our creative and health longevity throughout this adventure.

* leaving a light impact as possible on planet earth is not an option, it is the only way!
* we need lock down, no distractions, optimal space to create our projects, to edit videos and photos

here are some findings lately that are rocking our world:
an underground and concrete home combined sounds like heaven to us! from our living in the basement for the past three years, we have come to find how much we love to live in the earth. it truly is super grounding and works well with hot and cold weather. now as we find more and more about what we want to live in, we need to figure out where we want to live in it. we have found some amazing things lately, places, and destinations…. reno truly is not in our forecast for much longer.

Plus they are a great resource and can help guide you around for all of your burning man needs. ie-RV supplies, bike stores, etc.

I keep seeing these little messages all around. I am so thankful for our patience, and desire to downsize, to learn how to become as mobile as we can, and to keep a light step for our remaining time on this planet.
We are so excited to start traveling. It’s happening all around us. We have friends in New Zealand and Vietnam right now! It’s really giving us the travel bug! Soon, I just know we’ll be out and about soon.

There is magic in capturing the pictures and sharing words in a public space such as a blog. Writing things down and visualizing the path really makes it seem possible! We recommend it! not sure if many of you are aware, but scott and marla are back in town for a short time from china before they head back out to New Zealand! we are so excited to see them to give them hugs and kisses! we know that they have been decompressing and reflecting about all of their adventures! we can hardly wait to hear about all of them.
marla was studying abroad while scott has taken a leap of faith. leaving his secure 9-5 job and jumping out into the world to take pictures and travel, and share their adventures and make a living off of their passions! we are so happy for them!!!
I am so thankful for planetboho, it’s been giving us a sneak peak into some of their adventures! Have you all read “The Man who changed the world?” Well if you have not, I highly recommend it. Gives great perspective of life, what we have, and how important it is to always share love and light! always!!!! and not to spend too much time feeling sorry for ourselves or being whiny, we simply must understand that what we have should not be taken for granted! sometimes we just have to see life through others eyes to really get what we have.
I was just browsing around on the planet and saw that Scott has recently changed his profile. I went to look to see what new things have arrived. I was delighted with this new and wonderful exhibit of some of his recent works while in china.

I have a Crush: Ashton the Wayfaring Yogi
It’s been a going on a few years now, when I first saw his picture on myspace, and requested to be his friend. It captured my attention. Something about the toilet and him sitting there with that look, just drew me in! I just had to know him. The energy, the love, there was an instant connection! Ashton was such a bright light, a contagious glow of desire, life, journey, and explorations!
I was delighted when he messaged me on myspace and informed me about humanifesting.com. Inviting me to read about his upcoming adventures! I was tickled with delight! I was forever hooked. I found myself reading about his travels in Thailand, and was so touched by the thoughtful and loving way he journaled about all of his adventures. It really makes a person feel like you are right there. Feeling his hunger, his desire, his curiosities, his will, his ups, his downs, and his pursuit for something more in this universe.
Well one thing led to another, and we kept talking back and forth on wether or not he was going to be at burning man. As it turned out he wasn’t back in the states in time. However, one morning I get a message from him asking me if I had ever heard of Lightning in a Bottle, and if by some chance were we going to be attending! It just happens that about a week prior to his message, we had heard about the festival, and were already making plans on going! I was so excited! I could hardly believe that we were going to be in the same place at the same time!

While shone and I were at the New Belgium boothe grabbing some organic beer and wine, I heard a “georgette?” and I instantly knew it was him! One of the best hugs ever that day! Oh the energy was fantastic! Hearing his voice, sharing a moment, it was awesome!! Him and Shone hit it off just the same! Shone reminded Ashton of a long dear friend that he has! I was so overjoyed! It felt incredible! and this was all it shortly before we bumped into halcyon, but that’s another story . What a day it was!
Since then it has been a magical time, following his adventures on his website, and his myspace. The invitation continues to stay open for us to join him in Thailand! Oh someday Ashton, you better believe it!

Lately I have been hinting to him about getting on twitter. If any of you are friends with him on myspace, you’ll know how great he is about updating his status!! I think he would be an incredible person for us all to follow. He’s all over. Thailand, India, Goa, Puru, Matchu Pitchu, and so much more! He is always doing something so amazing. Shamanistic Teachings and lessons, yoga, journeys into the forests, cleansings, healings, and is always spreading love and light into the universe! And he journals about it all. An open heart, an open mind, an open guide!

He’s honest, he’s true, he’s passionate, lover of all, and his voice spreads the path of enlightment. I have a CRUSH on this man! Someday soon, I know that Shone and I will get to travel to Thailand and hang out with him! Or who knows where! All I know is that I am thankful each day for his friendship. Whenever I need to do a little exploring in new worlds, I go take a journey with him! It’s been three years now, since he has taken on this expedition of humanifesting.com. I sure hope it never ends. ~Bohemian Lounge~ 3:30 & Esplanade!
Just got our confirmation today for our theme camp placement! 3:30 and the Esplanade! Oh how we love being on the esplanade. I have camped on the esplanade going to be 4 out of the 6 times that I will have camped at burning man now.
Why do I love to camp on the esplanade! because i’ve always liked having an big open back yard to play in! It’s also the greatest interactive playground on the planet!

Been spending a lot of time lately planning, organizing, and finishing projects for our camp this year. It has been my personal biggest undertaking yet, and I am loving every bit of it! We are surrounded by the greatest community of people in the world. Ready, waiting, and able to help me at anytime we have a question, or need a task taking care of!
So much love is surrounding our camp, from every process of thinking out, and planning, and who all is camping with us. This year feels so amazing. So many things have lined up from so many years of our large group of beautiful people coming together!
Might I add, thank you all for your love and energy and participating on planetboho with us, sharing your love, and staying in communication with us so that we can make this process as smooth as possible!!!
Burning man has truly been such a gift of love, and community, it has made this entire process of self discovery and life exploration so pleasurable. The magic comes from the journey!
