follow the rainbows, butterflies, and bunnies
I have to say today has been quite a magical day! Shone is the greatest! Usually we don’t celebrate our birthdays…why? mostly because we celebrate our lives, each other, and our adventures everyday. So that when it comes to our birthdays, we feel more like it’s just another day.
So when I woke up this morning and saw the little invite that he put out in our community about a birthday celebration tonight, (7pm at the amendment 21 here in reno) I felt all giddy. He he, a birthday celebration for me. What in the world would I do. But then I thought, I am surrounded by so many amazing people, that this would be such a great opportunity to spend some time with all of them. Wow! I am so excited now. I’m using it as an opportunity to visit with my friends! So cool!
I couldn’t shower alone today because I broke a wine glass on my hand last night and had to make a little trip to the ER. 7 stitches later, feeling better, not too bad, but bad enough, hard to type, my left thumb is immoblized, but I am in good hands. Sarah is a superstar nurse, and is replacing my bandages and taking great care of me.
It was nice to have shone wash my hair and rub down my body today in the shower. Oh man it was heaven. I loved every second of it. My baby love is the best. He always makes me feel like the most special, and most loved woman in the world. Always so gentle, so kind, and sends me so much love! Thank you universe! I love him so much!
Shone got me the new cd from sigur ros from itunes. I have been listening to it all day! I love love love it! He then proceeded to take me to whole foods, (today is the second day of it’s opening here in reno) and I was so happy! The store was awesome! Huge! Big yummy salad bar, with fresh watercress and even clover sprouts! It was the greatest salad I have ever eaten. Washed down with some yummy coconut water! heaven!
After coming home I had to check out the latest with sigur ros! and I thought that this video just captures so much of how I feel, that I wanted to share……..enjoy.
