Zoe Jakes!! shone and I have a crush!
there are many crushes one can have in ones life. then there are the crushes that a couple can share together in each others life.
this weekend, in the magical forest of lightning in a bottle, shone and I developed a crush. We watched her from a distance, immediately as she came on to stage, I was hipnotized! For the first time, we have both seen and felt a love, with the same person! Hmmmmm………..ready to see what, or if any adventures develop from this.
she moves her body in melodious, rythmic, lustful, and passionate ways! her smile, her facial expressions, what a performer she is! she moves her body the zoe jakes way! her own magical infusion of tribal belly dancing. So erotic, and pulls at something deep inside of me!
one day while shone was back at the car, charging batteries for camera and video camera, I walked to the plaza with the group. I felt so compelled to pull away and walk around. I walked and admired all of the amazing merchants, selling the most incredible treasures ever! If only I had the extra cash to support them more. ((there are some plans in the making, I want to be able to experience and share with all of these amazing merchants….more info sometime in the future)
anyways……as I am walking along, I am drawn to this music. It was playing on the main stage, the bamboo stage at LIB. I loved the vibe, and I started walking towards it. Much to my pleasant and overjoyous excitement, Zoe was performing solo on the stage, while beats antique were playing this amazing music. Come to find out it’s a track that Zoe is producing herself! I just sat and watched in total amazement. I was so inspired, and felt so lit up as I stood there, watching, loving, and gazing. Thank you universe for the magical treats you share!!!
I just found these videos this morning, as I am searching, and looking, and finding more out about this amazing goddess. (she is giving aria a run! )
Zoe Jakes is touring with the Yard Dogs Road Show. We are really looking forward to seeing more of this group. Especially when Zoe Jakes is touring with them!

damn girls!!
we had such an amazing photo shoot with you two! so creative, so fun, loved the flowers too, that was a brilliant idea! so much color, and happiness.
Lacy, sorry you got a pinched nerve out of the ordeal, but our man Juice was there for the rescue!
We love spending time with our friends, and even better, we love spending time taking pictures of our friends!!! It’s a great opportunity to hang out, bond, create, collaborate, and enjoy time well spent. It’s also a magical process to see your friends blossom, and smile, and love the camera, and enjoy the process just as much!!!!
The girls brought over so many costumes, it was so hard just to shoot two shoots that night! And by the time we were done, it really felt like no time had gone by at all.
we hope you enjoy these beautiful goddesses, and while you view their shoot, we hope you will appreciate the love and kindness that comes from loving oneself, and will sit and encourage yourself to love yourself more and more too!

we have had many wonderful opportunities to photograph fire, thanks to controlled burn!! and thanks to wonderful collaborations, we are going through all of our pictures at this very moment, and picking out some for them to print on large poster size, to raise money for the first Reno Arts Fire Festival! We are so honored to have our art work displayed for controlled burn at dreamers cafe in downtown reno. I believe it will be for the entire month of June! I will for sure post more info on twitter, so follow me if you would like to keep up with updates.

The waterfall, the meadow, the photo shoot = AMAZING!
On Thursday, Nicole and Haley picked shone and I up and took us up to Fallen Leaf Lake. We had such a great time catching up! We were meeting Christina up there. How fun, a new girl to meet!
Nicole had put together a photo shoot for us (thank you kendra for all of your help!), and so that we could help out with some photography and promotional items that her and christina needed. So of course we were in!
We parked in one location after everybody found each other, and then we all got in the same car. So now, Shone is with four bubbly and silly girls!! And he loves every minute of it! We all got to chat, bond, and get to know each other. We always like to take the first hour of knowing somebody, to talk to them, and get to know them. This makes a huge difference for us before we begin the photo shoot! We like to get to know each others energies, and set the tempo for the remainder of the photo shoot.
First Stop: we drive by this amazing waterfall!
if there were not so many people there, we would have done the photo shoot there! but that is on the list! however, seeing the easy to flash, and quick to grab the picture combo shone and I are, we can pull off anything anywhere together. It was quite easy, and I had to feel the mist of and the power of the waterfall on my body. I would have loved to have gotten naked right there! ahhh, now I am daydreaming…..oh okay, I’m back. It was heaven. Powerful, and not usually seen so full. (record heat is causing the snow on the mountains to melt faster)
So, we get back in the car, and the first location we were going to go, was still snowed in. So nicole did one amazing job of backing down the car, and turning us around. All while I had shone get out and capture some video content of this amazing waterfall!
Next stop!
We find where to park to prepare for our next location. When we pulled up on this meadow, I was in heaven. So green, so beautiful!!! I wanted to lie down, (naked of course- YES, I always feel this way!) and take in the scenery. Again, I have another location to explore further.
We get loaded up and start walking down this dirt road. Thank goodness we did not drive (we found out later they close and lock the gate), and the walk was not far. Besides, I love to walk, and I love to hike. It was the greatest day ever!
Nicole leads us down a path, and we reached a spot, and decided to get to work. Shone was taking some pictures of the place, and checking his light, while christina and nicole were changing from their clothes to some sexy hot pants! Wow, they looked amazing together!
I have quite a few job descriptions through my adventures, and today I was also reflector holder! I have fun with the reflectors! This one was big, we were right in the hot zone of the sun, but it was awesome reflecting off of the lake!
The shoot was gorgeous. As soon as I get permission (because I was so distracted by the hotness I forgot to ask) to use a picture of her in my blog, I will repost the last picture that should finish this post. So keep an eye out if you like.
It was a beautiful day, with lots of love from planet earth, filling us with fresh air, water, sun, lots of beautiful green trees, and meadows, and beautiful naked bodies. Could life get any better?

I am a virgin this year at burning man!
there has been so much buzz around these parts about burning man. The time is upon us once again!
this will be my 6th consecutive year, and shone’s numbers are in the teens, so much that he refers to himself as a virgin each year. I kind of like the way he does it. When he meets somebody new, he lets them know that he is a virgin, and loves to hear their stories, and their do’s, and do not’s, great adventures, and it really makes you feel like you are a virgin. There are so many experiences to have on the playa, and so many things to see, that you can literally feel like a virgin every year.
So, I am a virgin this year!!!!!
and I am going to really want to feel like a virgin by the time we hit the playa this year!!
Upcoming Plans
Big things on the list this year. My first meeting with Bill is next week, and hopefully we get some burning man planning covered, I love him dearly, and he really needs love right now, so I don’t want to push in an area if he is not 100% present and ready to put our big camps together this year. I will be coordinating lots of the works between a few of us and our big theme camp. But I know that this will be the start! and I am really excited about it. The time has come to seriously start planning, and preparing.
DPW
Last year we threw a huge party on the playa before burning man ever started! A tribute to the DPW, they work hard, and they are amazing and wonderful people. You can volunteer too. check out:
This year we are throwing another big party, the saturday before the festival starts. And yes, we will be throwing it up with PBR and Jameson’s for all of the workers of DPW! Many of them camped in our camp last year, and there will be even more of them this year.
*******If you ever come across the path of the DPW, say hello, offer them a cold refreshing drink, prepare a really amazing meal for them, give them hugs, and remember this!!! no matter what, do not take offense, they work hard, they give their all, and out in the hot sun, with hardly a consistent shower, they volunteer to make the rest of our adventures super duper amazing! Send love, smiles, and energy there way. without them, we would not have a playa to play on!!!!!**************
Deep Playa
Last year we were way out in deep playa. At the time, I was not sure about the location, but as soon as we set up camp, and had the beautiful deep playa in our backyard, I could hardly feel like we were in the wrong place. We got beautiful deep playa double rainbow photos!
The elements
The rain and sand storms came in with a furry last year! It was incredible! I had one of the greatest afternoons ever!!! We were all locked in, and if you have seen our little trailer, you know that we cannot fit too many people in. However, I had a packed house, and enjoyed spending the afternoon making vegetarian sushi for everybody. I don’t think I have ever eaten anything that tasted so good! Was that the day we got the beautiful double rainbows? I cannot remember! It was all so magical.
We hope you are in the mood soon for lots of magical pictures by bohocrush of the playa last year. We like holding on to them, and then start releasing them before we set out again to the playa. We have been releasing a few of them from last year here and there, and mostly have come from 2006 and 2007. We hope you are enjoying them. And hope you will enjoy what is still yet to come!

I am really excited about this weekend. Action packed weekend.
tonight, working at the bar, that alone adds it’s own entertainment, and random adventures always happen at the bar.
Saturday:
Day: University Ridge Park on Evan’s Avenue just north of Mccarren blvd: we are hula hooping in the park!!!! we welcome everybody to come join us. we have lots of extra hoops, come on down.
Afternoon: my sister is coming into town, going to take her to the park with all of my friends to hula, and then out to lunch. I love it when I get time to spend with my family. It’s never enough, but I am very thankful and appreciative when it happens.
Night: packing and preparing all of our camping gear for Lightning in a bottle. My goal is to be all finished packing by saturday night, so that I can think and visualize everything I have packed, and see if there is anything that does not work, or that I still need to add! I can hardly contain my excitement!
Sunday:
Day: we are filming an acro yoga video for our lovelies @dragonflyaerials or dragonflyaerials.com: so excited, get to see hannah, have not seen her for so long!
Evening: some of us have been working for so long to pull off our first acro yoga couples get together. It took us months to make it happen, however, sunday night will be our first. we are squeezing a few of us into the fabulous a_delle’s palace, raw foods acro yoga, and lots of fun! really looking forward to it! My body is screaming for shoulder opening, hip opening, and lots of yumminess on my back! (hoping we do this more often, I know lots of people who will want to join in)

getting ready to move things into a higher gear. time to get all of our ducks in a row, and accomplish a big theme camp out on the playa! lots of people, lots of time, (i hope) and lots of creativity.
going to find bill next week and strap him down if I have to, and get his energy focused with mine, and get our camp moving forward.
hoping to be on the esplanade again this year! going to have an outdoor stage I think for performances too, will keep you all updated as I nail down more information!
